Mimicrii Inc., operating as Mimicrii ("Mimicrii" or "Mimicrii Labs" or "Mimicrii Technologies or "We" or "Us" or "Company"), is an artificial intelligence company with a mission to evolve artificial intelligence systems. We focus on human machine synchronicity strategies by; governing ethical data extraction; hosting hybrid dataset exchange between rights holders and AI developers; improving model providers with high quality datasets for accelerated deployment; and building verticalized AI systems.

If you are an individual who interacts with a Customer using our Services or you otherwise believe that a Customer uses our Services to process your personal information, and you contact us regarding this data, you will be directed to contact the applicable Customer for assistance with any requests or questions relating to your personal information, including without limitation any requests to access, amend or erase your personal information.
1. Personal Information We Collect
“Personal information” or “personal data,” is applicable to a wide range of information. Data protection laws around the world define this concept in different ways, but in general, we mean any information that relates to an identifiable, living individual human.
Data protection laws and privacy laws in certain jurisdictions differentiate between “controllers” and “processors” of personal data. A controller decides why and how to process personal data. A processor does not make decisions about personal data; it only processes personal data on behalf of a controller based on the controller’s instructions.

Job Applicants: When visiting the careers portion of our Website, we collect the information that you provide to us in connection with your job application. This includes business and personal contact information, professional credentials and skills, educational and work history, and other information that may be included in a resume. These third-party sources may include: data brokers from which we purchase data to supplement the data we collect; service providers/partners that help us provide certain products. For example, if you create or log into your Mimicrii account using your preferred social media account credentials, we will access your name and email for authentication.

Customer Admin and Users. If your User account was provisioned by a Customer, your administrator (“Admin”) may have access and control over the information associated with your account. The Customer may have its own policies governing access and use of information in your User account. Depending on a Customer’s settings and your choices, we will share certain information with other Users that are part of a Customer account.
Affiliates. Mimicrii may share personal information with affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Service Providers. mimicrii uses certain trusted third-party service providers to help us provide, improve, protect, and promote our Products and Services. These third parties may have access to your personal information to perform services on our behalf but only as is reasonably necessary for the purpose that Mimicrii has engaged them for and in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Some of the third parties that Mimicrii may share your personal information with include providers who assist Mimicrii with functions such as, but not limited to: billing; customer support; hosting and storage; analytics; and marketing services.
Business Transferees. We may sell, transfer or otherwise share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy.

We may share your information with other companies to work with them, including subsidiaries and affiliates of the Mimicrii corporate entities.

Mimicrii is ensures industry security standards to protect your information. Mimicrii employs appropriate and reasonable physical, technological, and administrative security measures. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Our security measures are continually improved in line with technological developments.

Not locking your personal and/or business device; or using public assets to access our Website pose a risk. 6. International Transfer

7. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in Section 2. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Because the needs can vary for different data types in the context of different services, as such actual retention periods can vary significantly. We determine the appropriate retention period for personal information based on the amount, nature and sensitivity of your personal information processed, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information and whether we can achieve the purposes of the processing through other means, as well as applicable legal requirements (such as applicable statutes of limitation). After expiry of the applicable retention periods, your personal information will be deleted. If there is any data that we are unable, for technical reasons, to delete entirely from our systems, we will put in place appropriate measures to prevent any further use of that data.

Right of access: You may request Mimicrii to confirm if information about you is processed. If such is the case, you will receive access to your information.

We will respond to your requests without undue delay but within one month. If permitted under applicable legislation, Mimicrii may extend the response period by two further months if such is necessary due to the complexity and number of requests.
C) Opt-Out and Unsubscribe of Marketing Messages (Newsletters)
Our marketing communications contain an easy way to avoid receiving future messages, such as a link through which you can unsubscribe. If you would like to opt out of receiving Mimicrii marketing messages, you may use the unsubscribe link contained in the messages you have received, or You can use the contacts mentioned above (section A).
